Terms of Service

POL is a platform that lets property owners and buyers/tenants discover each other and talk directly. We are not a real estate broker or agent, we do not take any commission on any deal, and we are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between users. Any rental, sale, or purchase you enter into is solely between you and the other party.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use POL.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at vardevolabs@gmail.com.

You agree that any listing, message, or content you post will not:

• Contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information about a property.
• Discriminate based on caste, religion, community, or region of origin.
• Infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property or privacy.
• Violate any applicable law, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 where RERA registration is required.

We use automated screening to flag some categories of prohibited content (for example, discriminatory tenant preferences) before it's published, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

POL is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. You can report content that violates these Terms using the in-app "Report" option, or by contacting our Grievance Officer at vardevolabs@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on them within 15 days, as required by law.

Contact unlock packs, listing plans, Featured/Verified/RERA Pro add-ons, and broker plans are paid features processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees. Prices shown in the app are final. Vardevo (OPC) Private Limited is not currently registered under GST, as its aggregate turnover is below the threshold requiring registration under the CGST Act, 2017; no GST is charged on these prices.

Refunds: An unused pack or plan (no part of it consumed) is eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase by raising a support ticket. Once any part of a pack or plan has been used (for example, one contact unlock spent from a pack), the purchase is non-refundable.

The Saman Bazaar (household goods marketplace) is a free-to-use feature made available to users with an active pack or plan. POL is not a party to any sale of household items listed there and does not verify the condition, authenticity, or legality of items listed by users.

• Attempting to circumvent the contact-unlock system or scrape listings at scale.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a property.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the service.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

POL is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of other users, or the outcome of any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vardevo (OPC) Private Limited's liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using POL and delete your account data at any time from Profile → Your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of POL.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of POL after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
